Hercule Sorry its not Jazza! but i frickin' love DBZ and this is epic so...yeah! i really love the combination of cell shading and traditional painting along with the overall sketchy-ness of it all, it feels like alot of emotion was put into this! i can see you used jazza's method of texture and it looks good! good luck!
My only critical thought would be to show off more of the light source but besides that you illustrated hercule very well
